I find the concept behind "Technical ALL=(ALL) ALL Governance" a problematic notion, whether it's E2EE, AI, algorithmic price-fixing, or plagiarism. The problem is not that AI was used to commit a crime (or "just" a morally unsavoury act), the problem is that a crime (or unsavoury act) was committed (using AI, as a footnote). I refuse to lend my compute capability to glow-in-the-dark state actors to make their quota-meeting easier, not to mention that it targets primarily individuals with little impact and resources.
